TERM AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in training with JurNey Academy. Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions carefully prior to enrolling into our services. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
For Shadowing & Mentee Services:
* All mentees must be 21 years or older.
* All mentees must be medically qualified as a surgeon, doctor, dentist or nurse or a student nurse with an active license or proof of admission in an accredited nursing program.
* All mentees must complete our application form in full to apply to be a mentee.
* Two payments are required to secure your services. One payment will be refunded after completion of services.
* Payments can be made via zelle, pay pay, cash app, and major credit cards.
* In order to provide the best possible service to all our mentees & shadow experiences, we ask that you are on time for all phone and/or video correspondence and in-clinic training.
* All correspondence must be arranged independently between you (the mentee) and your mentor.
* All correspondence must be arranged independently between you (the shadower) and your instructor.
* Video content sent by mentees must be filmed in real time and clearly demonstrate injection technique to be assessed.
* All in person training will take place at the mentor’s clinic, unless other wise agreed upon.
* When attending in person training any one in mentorship or training must bring their own model(s), purchase products, and supplies through our academy. Models can be provided by our academy for an additional fee.
* A minimum of 6-months commitment is highly recommended for mentees (Shorter time frames maybe discussed).
* There are no guarantees made with this service
* There are no questions or training during shadow experience
Med Spa Business Consultant Services
* All fees are nonrefundable
* 2 payments are due for 1 st meeting, 2nd payment will be refunded at completion of business consultant session.
* Consultant may terminate this agreement if client is late more than 2 times, if payment is not received on time
* There are no guarantees of outcome made with this services
* Notice must been give 48 hour is advance if unable to attend meeting
* If, tardy no time will be made up, meeting will continue in allotted time frame up 1 hr is reached
* If eating run over, additional 15, 30 and 1 hour increments may be purchased at that time; it is up to the consultants discretion.
* All subscription payments must be made in full at the 1st of the month or 3 days prior to any consultant meeting.
Cancellations & Refunds
* All subscription payments must be made in full 3 days prior to any mentoring or shadowing training can take place.
* It is the responsibility of both the mentee and the mentor to arrange training appointments at a time that suits both parties.
* It is the responsibility of both the shadower and the instructor to arrange training appointments at a time that suits both parties.
* If you wish to cancel or reschedule a phone call, Zoom meeting or training session you must do so with at least 48 hrs notice and notify your mentor/instructor directly to rearrange.
* There are no refunds for missed and/or tardy shadow and/or mentee sessions
